| | Have not tested it but you might be able to in windows movie maker.

| | google Simpledivx or media converter for nokia 770. either or both may be what you are looking for.

And getting back to SimpleDivX - its looks like it does what you want. See tab 7. Project which gives the option to split. Have you tried it? I've not needed that option yet but I suppose it might work ok as I've only had a few probs with the rest of it.
