Get rid of it from your PC first, to do this Google for sxs.exe and you'll find instructions on getting rid of it e.g. http://www.trendmicro.com.au/consumer/vinfo/encyclopedia.php?LYstr=VMAINDATA&vNav=1&VName=WORM_QQPASS.XL&highlight=WORM_QQPASS.XL Are you running an anti virus program? I use the free version of AVG http://free.grisoft.com/ When you've cleaned up your PC then format your card as usual Posted 11/5/2007 10:10 AM Post #5894 TGL   Ok well, If I do that, do you think Windows can recognize my memory card as it always used to do before? It now says that there's no Removable Disk in the drive. Even my phone doesn't recognize it. I didn't do anything bad to DAMAGE it.
