I ordered a Sandisk 4gb M2 memory stick micro card and usb2 micro M2 reader on 11/05/2008 (payment taken immediately from account). 27/05/2008 order still not received. Phoned order enquiry line and was told a claim form would be sent immediately - still not received. 09/06/2008 - on return from holiday Royal Mail card for collection of goods from post office (dated 31/05/2008). I am now the proud owner of a clear Royal Mail plastic bag containing an empty opened jiffy bag! (total cost to me £24.98)

Phoned order enquiry line again and was told a claim form would be sent. As of 16/06/2008 still no claim form.
