Posted 11/17/2007 3:09 PM | | | | I ordered 2 crystal cases a couple of weeks back, one for a Samsung G600 and one for my new Nokia 6500 Classic. Two cases duly arrived, the G600 but the other for a 6500 Slide. After a very difficult conversation with a whispering woman I was informed it was up to me to return the wrong one prior to a correct replacement being sent.....9 days later and I am still waiting. I duly returned the wrong one along with the delivery note, unfortunately I was too angry to think of taking a photocopy, so there is no point in ringing. After Moby expecting the customer to pay P&P to return their mistake, I would have thought the replacement would have been here a bit quicker. Unhappy with customer service....an understatement. |
